2023 Census: NPC Chairman Arrives in Makurdi, Visits Tor Tiv
NPC Chairman, Hon. Nasir Isa Kwarra arrived in Makurdi and immediately paid an advocacy visit to HRM, Ochivirgh Prof. James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse (Beghea U Tiv. Tor Tiv V.), CFR at his palace in Makurdi – 24:01:2023.
NPC Chairman briefed His Royal Majesty on preparations for the forthcoming 2023 Census and solicited his support to help mobilize the masses to present themselves to be counted in the census exercise.
Tor Tiv, in his response, applauded NPC for its efforts to conduct the first digital census in Nigeria that will generate reliable data for national planning and also, assured of his support and cooperation of his people to ensure the successful conduct of the 2023 Census
The Chairman of the Commission decorated HRM, Ochivirgh Prof. James Ortese Iorzua Ayatse as a Patron of the 2023 Census.
