In a recent interview with famous media outfit Brut Afrique, the Nigerian music star claimed he and Wizkid took the Afrobeat sound globally. He also revealed that his other music counterparts, Burna Boy, Rema, Fireboy and Asake, are “new cats” who recently promoted the Afrobeat genre internationally.
