Fans of the popular Nigerian Afrobeats singer, Ahmed Ololade, known professionally as Asake, have caused an uproar on social media following the artiste’s announcement of ticket prices for his December concert.
The concert, which will take place at Eko Conventional Centre, is set for 22nd December 2022.
Meanwhile, Asake’s show promoters, in a tweet on Thursday, revealed that the ticket fees for regular would cost 70 thousand naira per head for standing. The concert, which was tagged ‘Mr Money With Vibe Feat’, ranges from 70 thousand naira for regular, while other ticket prices reportedly range from 4 million naira to 10 million naira for the highest price of the VVIP category of the concert.
Moreover, the news has triggered mixed reactions as fans started dragging Asake on social media.
Despite trying to cover their posts with sarcasm, it’s obvious many are bewildered about the high rate.
