Reports has it that the soldiers stationed in the Ogborhill axis of Aba has killed an okada rider, Mr. Chiomaobi Nwaogu Uzoukwa, for failing to pay a bribe of N100.
The killing of Uzoukwa is currently unsettling Ogborhill as motorcyclists has taking to the streets over the killing of one of their own.
