Gal Pissetzky, lawyer to alleged Internet fraudster, Hushpuppi, has revealed that his client has not been released.

According to him, the suspect was transferred to another prison instead. His response comes after reports have it that Hushpuppi had been released as his status on the US Federal Bureau of Prisons website indicated that he was no longer in prison.

He said that the website only showed “released” because of his transfer from Chicago to another facility in California. –
