Apparently, d£ad is popular South African rapper Kiernan Jarryd Forbes, better known by his stage name AKA.
According to the police in Durban, he was allegedly killed in a drive-by shooting on Florida Road on February 10, 2023. Another person believed to be AKA’s bodyguard was also injured, and another unidentified person believed to be a close friend of AKA was also killed.
It was learned that a drive-by shooting struck AKA while he was standing outside the Wish Restaurant.
The rapper is believed to have been shot at by two unidentified vehicles. The incident occurred shortly before 10 p.m.
