Esther Paul has been arrested by the Lagos State Police Command for allegedly stabbing her boyfriend, Sadiq Owolabi Dahiru, to death.

The incident was said to have taken place at Oba Amusa Street Agungi, Lekki in the early hours of Sunday, November 20th, 2022.

The stepfather of the deceased, Kazeem Obafunso, took immediate action by reporting the incident at the Ilasan police station.

The late Sadiq was rushed to the Evercare hospital in Lekki phase 1 where he was confirmed dead by the doctors.

Esther Paul was immediately arrested alongside the murder weapon used in stabbing the deceased. The body of the deceased has been deposited at the IDH Mortuary, Yaba for preservation and autopsy.
