Superstar singer, CKay has just added another star to his rank of certifications with his recent single Emiliana going platinum in France.

For a record to be certified platinum in France, it must have sold 150, 000 units and CKay’s Emiliana have achieved this feat within five months of release. The announcement was made on Snepmusique’s Instagram page which is France’s official music certification body.

CKay’s Love Nwantiti became a global hit song in 2021 with the record earning platinum certifications in nine different countries.

The singer has now shown he can replicate and build on the success of Love Nwantiti with this new feat. He’ll also be looking to make a statement with his new album which is expected before the year runs out.
