Europe’s best five associations have now completely closed for the 2022/23 season.

In their respective nations, Manchester City, Barcelona, Bayern Munich, Napoli, and Paris Saint-Germain all won titles.

After the finish of another exhilarating homegrown mission, we investigate the best 10 goalscorers from across the mainland’s top divisions.

Lois Openda (Lens) — Lens superstar Lois Openda, 23, scored 21 goals for his team, which finished just one point behind PSG, the champions.

Veteran striker Robert Lewandowski, 34, was not generally so productive as his Bayern days but rather with Barca he actually got Spain’s Brilliant Boot in his presentation crusade at the Camp Nou.

The Pole had six braces this season, one of which came against rivals Espanyol last month, which helped them get down.

Jonathan David (Lille) — 24 objectives
Lille striker Jonathan David, 23, has seen his stock ascent much higher after another objective filled season.

 

A full go-around against Lyon in Spring was the feature, with Man Utd and Chelsea purportedly watching the Canadian marksman.

Victor Osimhen (Napoli) scored 26 goals to help Napoli win the Serie A for the first time since 1990.

Aurelio De Laurentiis, chairman of the Partenopei, is demanding more than £100 million to part ways with the center forward this summer because the 24-year-old Nigerian was at times unplayable.

Erling Haaland’s record-breaking debut campaign in the English top flight included a stunning four hat-tricks and five braces.
