YOUNG PARIS CLAIMS TO HAVE GIVEN THE NAME “AFROBEAT(S)”

Young Paris is going viral for claiming to have coined the globally recognized music genre known as “Afrobeat(s).” In a 3-minute clip featuring segments with BurnaBoy, who appears to be somewhat perplexed about the origin of the “s” in Afrobeats, Young Paris seems to clarify that he was the one who coined this term for the genre.
